For insurance agents
The one-off PDFs your agency system doesn't carry.
Carrier supplements, change requests and client forms. Upload your own copy, fill it from one message, and get it signed with a record for your files.
Free plan: 5 AI form fills and 3 signature requests a month. No card needed.
The forms it's made for
The PDFs you would otherwise retype by hand:
- Carrier supplements and applications that arrive as PDFs.
- Change requests.
- Client forms and sign-offs.
- Any other PDF with blanks. Forms with boxes you can click work best.
How agents use it
- Step 1
1. Upload your copy
Add the PDF from your own files, up to 10 MB.
- Step 2
2. Fill it from one message
Type or say the client's details once. ChatFill puts each one in its box. You check every answer.
- Step 3
3. Send it for signature
Your client fills their part and signs on a phone or a computer, with no account. ChatFill sends the reminders.
- Step 4
4. Keep the record
When everyone signs, you get the signed PDF and a Certificate of Completion: who signed, when, and a fingerprint of the file before and after.
About ACORD forms
ACORD forms are licensed. ChatFill never hosts them. If your agency system gives you an ACORD form as a PDF, you can upload that copy and fill it, as your license allows.
Good to know before you start
