For loan officers
Borrower forms, filled and signed from a phone.
Letters of explanation, gift letters and your own lender forms. Borrowers fill their part and sign with no account, and ChatFill sends the reminders.
Free plan: 5 AI form fills and 3 signature requests a month. No card needed.
The forms it's made for
- Letters of explanation.
- Gift letters. Leave account numbers blank until private file links are live.
- Your lender's own forms and sign-offs, as your lender allows.
- Other borrower forms with blanks. Forms with boxes you can click work best.
How it works for your borrowers
- Step 1
1. Fill what you already know
Upload the form and type or say the details you have. You check every answer.
- Step 2
2. Send it to the borrower
Give each borrower the boxes they need. They open a link on a phone or a computer, with no account.
- Step 3
3. They fill and sign
They fill their part. Then they draw their signature, type their name or upload a photo of their signature. ChatFill reminds them on day 3, on day 7 and the day before it's due.
- Step 4
4. Everyone gets a copy
When all signers are done, each one gets a copy. You get the signed PDF and a Certificate of Completion.
Don't use ChatFill for these
- Loan disclosures that federal rules govern, and closing packages. ChatFill doesn't host these forms.
- Promissory notes.
- Do not use ChatFill for IRS Form 4506-C.
- Forms with Social Security or bank account numbers, until private file links are live.
- Notices of default or foreclosure for a primary home, which U.S. e-signature law doesn't cover.
Your rules still apply
Your lender's rules for vendors and borrower data still apply to you. ChatFill doesn't claim to meet them for you. Check every answer before you send, and ask your compliance team when in doubt.
