Refunds and cancellation

• Cancel anytime. You keep your plan until the end of the time you paid for.
• Cancel during the 7-day free trial and you pay nothing.
• Paid on the web? Ask within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full.
• Paid on iPhone? Apple handles refunds.

Open Manage plan in your ChatFill account and cancel there. Manage plan opens Stripe's billing page, where you can also switch plans, update your card and see your invoices.

When you cancel:

• we stop all future charges;
• you keep your plan until the end of the month or year you already paid for; and
• then your account moves to the free plan. Your account and your files stay.

If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, we never charge your card.

Within 14 days of your first paid charge, you can ask for a full refund of that charge. Email support@chatfillpdf.com from the address on your account. You don't need to give a reason. When we refund the charge, we also cancel that plan, and your account moves to the free plan.

After 14 days, and for later renewals, we do not refund the time left in a month or year you already paid for. You can cancel at any time to stop the next charge.

Where the law gives you more, you get more. Nothing here limits a refund right you have by law.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take several business days to show it.

If you subscribed in the ChatFill iPhone app, Apple bills you, and Apple decides refunds under its own policies.

• To cancel: open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then ChatFill PDF.
• To ask for a refund: go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.

We cannot cancel or refund iPhone purchases for you, because Apple holds that payment. A plan bought on the web is separate: cancel it on the web in Manage plan.

The free plan costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. You can delete your account at any time.
